Finicky Striper |
| Whole Gutted Striper | 2 fresh striper filets |
| Smear butter on both sides of striper | 4 peppers (any color) |
| Add garlic to taste | 1 large white onion |
|
Chopped onion |
2 tablespoons chopped garlic |
| Italian bread crumbs | 2 tablespoons olive oil |
| Place whole striper on foil | 1 cup Italian bread crumbs |
| Grill on med-high for 15min first side | 1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese |
|
Flip over, 15 min on the other side |
4 pads of butter |
|
Check it, if it flakes |
salt & pepper |

|
make 2 trays from tin foil enough to fit 4 pieces of fish per tray |
| cut onions and peppers into long thin strips.... | |
| saute peppers. onion and garlic in olive oil till carmelized | |
| place four pads of butter on foil trays | |
|
place striper filets on top |
|
| spoon sauted peppers & onions on top of striper.... | |
| mix breadcrumbs, cheese, salt & pepper in seperate bowl | |
| sprinkle the mix evenly on top of striper.... | |
| place the trays (uncovered) on grill or oven.... | |
| cook on medium heat till flakey | |
